"I was part of a wedding party at A Hair Affair and just wanted to say that Gretchen was amazing.  I came in from out of town and had never been there before.  First off, the salon is beautiful.  Off the beaten path, yet easy to find.  I love the boutique style and atmosphere the salon brings and the owner Gretchen, is warm, friendly and inviting.  Considering it was a wedding, with a large wedding party (7 of us), hair and make up, Gretchen never skipped a beat.  She even reminded us to bring our own waterproof mascara.  Who thinks of that?  I have been in wedding parties before and had never been told that ahead of time.
Gretchen also let us bring snacks and drinks there to celebrate with the bride as we were all getting ready.  The salon and Gretchen made what could have been a stressful morning feel like an intimate pre wedding party for the bride.  Thank you Gretchen and A Hair Affair for starting off the wedding day for all of us so wonderfully"
